This refurbished Eureka Mignon Libra is an Italian-made home espresso grinder that doses by weight rather than by time. Its Intelligent Weighing System lets you program doses in 1/10th of a gram, with a variation of only 0.2g from one grind cycle to the next. The body is powder coated aluminum, and an adjustable portafilter fork holds the basket while it grinds.

The Libra keeps the touch screen of other Mignon models, so single and double doses are switched freely, and the weight is changed in tenths of a gram with the plus and minus buttons. A manual mode remains available for freehand grinding while you are still working out a dose.
